Saudi Recruitment Manager/ Blue Collar

based in Saudi Arabia, Riyadh

Responsibilities:

Responsible for overseeing the recruitment of blue-collar manpower globally, planning staffing.
Build a pool of qualified candidates for Blue Collar from different nationalities for various positions, to fulfill the hiring requirements.
Should have experience with the Saudi Arabia Visa process, and complete end-to-end recruitment process.
Ensuring government compliance for all subcontracted workers.
Preparing agreements and contracts with outsourced workers.
Coordinating between the relevant parties and laborers for government relations.
Experience in Overseas Recruitment Process in Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications:

University Degree.
MBA is a plus, or HR Certificate.
Fluent in English.
Experience 7 – 10 Years.
